Staff Accounting Specialist

Responsibilities

• Organizing and maintaining staff document flow for the company
• Creating and maintaining employee personnel files
• Filling out and maintaining employment record books
• Keeping records of employee working hours
• Advising employees on personnel-related issues

What we expect

• At least 3 years of work experience as a Staff Accounting Specialist
• Experience working in organizations with more than 300 employees
• Knowledge of HR document workflow
• Knowledge of the Ukrainian Labor Code
• Experience working with BAS for Accounting. CORP
• Firm knowledge of M.E.Doc, Word, Excel, and Google Suite
• English language skills at the pre-intermediate level or higher

Desired

• Experience passing personnel audits
• Field-specific education
• Experience working in the IT industry
• Experience writing job descriptions
• Experience maintaining employee sick leave documentation
