Project Manager P1

The Lighting Systems Production Plant manufactures rear and front lamps for passenger cars using advanced metallization, assembly, and plastic injection technologies. Additionally, the plant has a fully equipped measurement laboratory with a unique photometric testing tunnel. Due to the development of new projects, a modern Development Center has been opened, which will focus on designing and producing innovative lighting systems dedicated to passenger cars.

Your tasks will include:

• Managing OEM projects
• Achieving Project KPIs in terms of profitability, quality, and production preparation
• Securing and controlling project resources
• Resolving all project problems requiring all kinds of support
• Checking and approving the actions of Project Team Members
• Defining and managing the budget
• Defining the scope of projects
• Managing all changes in the project
• Applying design-to-cost methodology
• Leading and developing all PTMs from the team
• Managing communication with clients regarding project development progress

• Master's degree in mechanical, electrical, and related engineering
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar position
• Highly developed interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English allowing for free communication in an international environment
• Team spirit, ability to cope with stress, customer orientation
