Calix is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support multiple Sales Vice Presidents in a remote-first environment in Canada. The role involves managing calendars, analyzing reports from Salesforce and Power BI, advanced Excel data manipulation, and leveraging AI tools for research and communication. Responsibilities also include preparing presentations, coordinating events, managing travel, processing expenses, and improving team workflows. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, adaptable, and possess strong communication and project management skills.
Good To Have:- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or business management.
- Proactive approach to learning new tools, systems, reports, and dashboards.
- Comfortable adapting to shifting priorities and dynamic work environments.
Must Have:- Manage daily calendars for multiple Sales Vice Presidents.
- Pull and analyze reports from Salesforce, Power BI, and other sources.
- Utilize Excel to organize, manipulate, and visualize data using advanced functions.
- Leverage AI tools to perform preliminary research, summarize content, and draft communications.
- Conduct research and prepare presentations and documents, handling sensitive information.
- Assist in planning and executing company events and conferences.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare detailed itineraries, and confirm logistics.
- Submit and reconcile monthly expense reports.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant.
- Ability to travel at least once annually in January to attend the Sales Kickoff event.
