Skill Set

• Bachelor degree or above in industrial engineering, process engineering, chemical engineering, thermal.
• 5+ years’ professional experience, at least 3 years in project management, background in multi-national companies is preferred;
• Self-contained working style with a high degree of personal responsibility as well as capability to work under pressure, flexibility and goal orientation;
• Familiar with Incinerator /Thermal Oxide /Flare/Burner projects.
• Willingness to travel internationally
• Excellent communication skill;
• Very good command of English (written and spoken). Knowledge of an additional language would be beneficial

Responsibility

• All over responsibility for the management of projects including deadlines, budgeting, resources and customer satisfaction;
• Defining project organization and timelines as well as creating work instructions;
• Assignment of responsibilities in close collaboration with all project stakeholders as well as regular monitoring, checking and analysis of progress;
• Coordinating internal teams and sub-contractors involved in the project;
• Recognizing and resolving issues and problems during the project as well as verifying the achievement of milestones throughout the project;
• Identifying and assessing risk as well as introducing and monitoring corrective actions and solutions;
• Maintaining ongoing communication with the customer and acting as a link between the customer and internal departments involved in the project;
• Creating and presenting (status) reports and documentations, both internally and to the customer;
• Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
