Iron Mountain is looking for data entry specialists to join our team in Toluca. Are you an organized and efficient person? This is the opportunity you've been waiting for!

As a data entry specialist at Iron Mountain, you will be responsible for managing physical archives, digitizing and capturing information from our different clients at their facilities to be able to process it according to company requirements.

Required experience:

• 6 months in data entry (recently desirable) and document validation
• Good spelling, speed and numeric keypad handling
• Education: high school completed

Activities to perform:

• Data entry
• Information verification
• Document administration, box assembly, file movement, box movement.
• Knowledge of digitization.
• Handling of Gmail-Outlook, familiarity in handling emails

We offer:

• Salary: 8,753 - Gross monthly (weekly payment frequency by BANORTE)
• Fixed schedule: Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm
