Job Description
KRAFTON is looking for a PUBG IP Franchise Esports Strategy & Operations Team Lead. This role involves leading the strategy and execution of PUBG Esports globally, building a mutually beneficial system with ecosystem members (teams/players/fans/partners/regional offices, etc.). The team will establish mid- to long-term strategies and lead communication with related departments to implement them. Responsibilities include establishing mid-to-long-term PUBG Esports strategies, analyzing industry trends, and communicating with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience in the gaming, esports, or related industries, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in office tools. This role requires a driven individual to help the company grow and lead in the global market.
Must have:
- Minimum 7 years experience in games, esports, or related industries.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive and effective communication skills.
- High proficiency in basic office tools (Excel, PPT, Word).
- No restrictions on overseas travel.
Good to have:
- Experience playing PUBG or other games and understanding users.
- Experience watching PUBG or other esports and understanding viewers.
- Experience in strategy consulting or business planning.
- Ability to communicate in English (business conversation and emails).

KRAFTON PUBG Esports Dept.는 KRAFTON의 PUBG 이스포츠 글로벌 운영 및 이스포츠 관련 다양한 사업들의 전략 수립과 실행을 담당합니다. Esports Strategy & Operations Team은 이스포츠 생태계 구성원들 (팀/선수/팬/파트너/지역 오피스 등)과의 상호 발전적 시스템 구축을 위한 중장기 전략을 수립하고, 이를 실행에 옮길 수 있도록 유관 부서들과의 커뮤니케이션을 리드하는 팀입니다.

- PUBG Esports 중장기 전략 수립 (PUBG IP와 시너지를 낼 수 있도록 이스포츠의 사업 방향 설계 (리그 구조, 팀 협업 방안, 게임과 연계 서비스, 팬덤 비즈니스 등)
- 게임 및 인접 산업, 정책, 동종업계 트렌드 파악 및 분석, 시사점 도출
- 회사 내/외부 주요 이해관계자와의 커뮤니케이션 (자료 작성/보고/회의 등)
- 원활한 사업 추진 위한 조직 관리 지원 (사업 조직 내 인사/재무 관리 위한 의사결정권자 지원)
이런 경험을 가진 분과 함께 성장하고 싶습니다! (필수요건)
- 게임/이스포츠/스포츠/콘텐츠/컨설팅 산업에 종사한 경험을 보유하신 분 (해당 산업 중 최소 1개 3년 이상, 총 경력 최소 7년 이상)
- 논리적 사고 및 문제해결 능력을 보유하신 분
- 주도적이고 원활한 커뮤니케이션 역량을 보유하신 분
- 엑셀, PPT, 워드 등 기본적인 문서 작업 오피스 툴에 대해 높은 숙련도를 보유하신 분
- 해외 여행 결격 사유가 없는 분

- 전략컨설팅 펌 또는 관련 업계 전략/사업기획 부서 경험을 보유하신 분
- 영어 비즈니스 회화 및 메일 커뮤니케이션 가능하신 분
