Job Description

ARHS Group - part of Accenture - is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA Tester with strong experience in automated testing using Selenium and Java for one of its clients at the EU Institutions in Brussels.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through comprehensive test planning, test automation, and defect identification.

Role & responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium with Java.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to understand requirements and identify test cases.
• Execute automated and manual test cases, report defects, and verify bug fixes.
• Maintain and enhance the test automation framework.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, etc.).
• Analyze test results and provide clear and actionable feedback.
• Create and maintain test documentation including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
• Ensure test coverage across functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field would be considered an asset

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in QA testing with a focus on automation.
• Strong knowledge of Selenium WebDriver and test automation in Java.
• Experience with test frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, or similar.
• Familiarity with Page Object Model (POM) and other design patterns in test automation.
• Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git).
• Understanding of REST APIs and tools like Postman for API testing.
• Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Maven, etc.
• Experience in testing web applications across different browsers and devices would be considered an asset
