Job Description
The Quality Inspector will interact with internal and external clients, plant engineers, R&D, and suppliers to analyze quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and validate countermeasures. This role ensures the timely implementation of engineering and process changes by validating parts and working according to Nissan standards to meet product specifications. Key responsibilities include managing online and shipment quality, monitoring panel performance, and validating process changes.
Must Have:
- Interact with internal and external clients, plant engineers, R&D, and suppliers to analyze quality issues and follow up on problem resolution.
- Perform root cause analysis and validate countermeasures.
- Ensure timely implementation of engineering and process changes by validating parts.
- Work according to Nissan standards to ensure products meet specifications.
- Responsible for online quality and shipments.
- Analyze plant and warranty concerns to identify root cause.
- Monitor panel quality performance.
- Ensure panel quality in shipments to customers.
- Ensure compliance with global and internal Nissan standards.
- Validate process changes.
- Validate template quality and ensure source quality.
- Use of measuring equipment.
