Do you want a challenging and dynamic career in risk management? We are looking for a risk management analyst to join our team and help us identify, analyze, and mitigate risks at all levels of our business.
Your projects will include the following:
- Development of quantitative models in financial risk management
- Validation of statistical models (predictability, calibration, stability tests, and similar)
- Work on environmental, social and corporate governance topics in the context of financial risks
- Regulatory risk management in banking
- Participation in bank financial statement audit projects according to accounting standards (IFRS 9)
- Providing advice to clients regarding the valuation of bank liabilities, risk management and accounting standards
- Participation in financial modeling, mergers and acquisitions, legislative adaptation and business efficiency improvement projects at local and international levels
- Identifying, analyzing and solving important client problems and devising innovative solutions in joint teams
Requirements:
- University degree in mathematics, statistics, finance or related technical fields
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools, especially MS Excel
- Analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems
- Excellent communication skills in Croatian and English
- Ability to work in a team and willingness to cooperate in a multidisciplinary environment
- Knowledge of Python or some advanced data analysis tools (R/SAS/SQL) can be an advantage, as well as the use of GenAI tools.
