Junior Data Analyst - Project with process mining (m/f)

We are looking for a junior colleague to join a team that will support projects in data analytics and business consulting. The position is suitable for a graduate who enjoys working with data, interpreting it, and is interested in developing in the area of process modeling and consulting.

Must Have

• Work with SQL
• Data collection, analysis, and interpretation
• Business process modeling and optimization
• Work on datamining and process mining projects
• Client communication, understanding needs, and translating them into technical solutions
• Team collaboration and independent work on assigned tasks
• Completed university education
• Advanced knowledge of SQL
• Communicative knowledge of English
• Excellent analytical skills (data interpretation, data-driven work)
• Willingness to learn and gain experience in various areas
• Curiosity and openness to new challenges
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build working relationships

Good to Have

• Python or R
• SAP Signavio
• Experience with process mining
• Out-of-the-box thinking – broad scope in finding ideas and solutions

• Work with SQL (Python or R is an advantage)
• Data collection, analysis, and interpretation
• Modeling and optimization of business processes (SAP Signavio is an advantage)
• Work on projects focused on datamining and process mining (experience is an advantage)
• Communication with the client, understanding their needs, and translating them into technical solutions
• Team collaboration, as well as independent work on assigned tasks
