Quote and Configuration Specialist

As a Quote and Configuration Specialist you are responsible for supporting the markets topics related to the configuration of medical equipment, such as correct workflow configuration, quotation and ordering processing.

Your role:

• Perform configuration of Philips Medical Equipment, based on customer requirements
• Work with database and Informatic Technologies systems to make the configuration of medical equipment
• As a Global Business System based in Panama, help Commercial team area in develop final customer quotations
• Maintain direct contact with commercial team (Product Specialists) for knowledge and improvements of Philips equipment

You're the right fit if:

• You’ve acquired 2+ years of experience with Vocational Education in areas such as Tendering, Quoting, Sales Enablement or equivalent OR no prior experience with Bachelor's Degree.
• Your skills include knowledge in Excel and SAP.
• You have a High School Diploma, Vocational Education/ bachelor's degree in business, Marketing or equivalent.
• You’re a professional with a customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual ability to read, write, and speak English required.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.

Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is an in-office role.
