- Plans and meticulously documents activities, including detailed technical documentation for the designated IT solutions, ensuring clarity and coherence in operational procedures and preventive or corrective measures for solution environment disruptions.
- Engages in operational-level customer meetings to foster collaboration and alignment, maintaining a focus on operational excellence within the designated solution scope, while providing coaching and support to junior specialists.
- Maintains IT solutions by performing regular updates, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring optimal performance and reliability to support ongoing business operations.
