Reactivation Officer - Outbound Sales

As a member of the Outbound Sales team, you will focus on re-engaging existing customers while delivering exceptional customer service. Successful candidates should have prior experience in an office setting, customer service role, or any outbound or inbound phone-based work. Experience in a high-volume inbound/outbound call center is also a strong advantage. A passion for racing or sports will be highly regarded.

We have offices in Darwin, Sydney, Brisbane, Auckland, and Wellington. At Entain AUS & NZ, we value a flexible work environment and support a hybrid working model, with employees spending two days a week at the office (Tuesdays & Thursdays), ensuring work-life balance and individual preferences.

Your day-to-day...

•   Reactivation and retention of account holders.
• Informing account holders of upcoming promotions, events, and additional products/services.
• Answering client enquiries while providing high attention to detail.
• Providing excellent customer support and a great customer experience.
• Maintain a high level of process quality and consistency as well as an excellent relationship with the customer.
• Assisting with inbound customer support if required

What you’ll bring...

• Knowledge and passion for Sport & Racing.
• A proven track record in providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Strong computing skills.
• Communication/customer experience.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Availability between Tuesday – Saturday
