About the Position

We are looking for a Recruiting Operations Specialist to help us optimise our global recruiting processes, support our systems and manage key projects. Based in London, you'll provide crucial support for our European and Asian offices while also working closely with our New York team. Your project management skills and technical aptitude will help us maintain our high standards for hiring exceptional talent.

Additional responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Systems and support: Mastering our recruiting tech stack; troubleshooting issues; providing timezone-specific coverage for global offices
  • Process management: Documenting workflows; identifying inefficiencies; implementing solutions to reduce operational friction
  • Project management: Driving recruiting initiatives from planning to execution; maintaining clear communication with stakeholders
  • Tools and tech: Collaborating with internal teams on recruiting tools; translating user needs into requirements
  • Data and reporting: Maintaining data integrity; creating reports on key metrics; offering data-driven recommendations

About You

  • Have 4-8 years of relevant experience
  • Experienced with recruiting tools and technologies
  • Highly organised with strong project management skills
  • A systematic thinker with experience documenting complex processes
  • A self-sufficient problem-solver who is comfortable with ambiguity
  • Fluency in English required

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

  • Developing tools with engineering/product teams
  • Multi-disciplinary recruiting teams
  • Data analysis 
  • Multi-office, high-growth environments
  • UK hiring compliance
