- Implement the entire recruitment process: End-to-end management from ad dissemination to candidate integration and throughout their journey, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Consulting: Personalized support for clients and candidates throughout the process.
- Administrative management: Proficiency in HR tools and rigorous, efficient management of temporary worker files.
- Bac+3 degree

Your missions are:
Candidate sourcing: Identification and attraction of the best talents via various channels (job boards, social networks, etc.).
Implementation of the entire recruitment process: End-to-end management of the recruitment process, from the dissemination of advertisements to the integration of candidates with our clients and throughout their journey; and this while guaranteeing a fluid and positive candidate experience.
Consulting: Personalized support for clients and candidates throughout the process.
Administrative management: Mastery of HR tools and rigorous and efficient management of our temporary workers' files.
Qualifications
You have a Bac+3 degree and successful experience in recruitment in an interim agency.
You are passionate about industrial challenges and have a good understanding of technical professions.
You are recognized for your dynamism, your relational skills, and your ability to work in a team.
