Join Aura Interim & Recruitment as a Recruitment Officer in Amiens (60) to support major industrial companies in their recruitment needs. Your missions include sourcing candidates, managing the end-to-end recruitment process from advertising to integration, providing personalized advice to clients and candidates, and handling administrative tasks for temporary workers. You should have a Bac+3 degree and successful experience in interim agency recruitment, a passion for industry, and strong interpersonal skills.
Must Have:
  • Sourcing candidates: Identify and attract top talent via various channels (job boards, social networks, etc.).
  • Implement the entire recruitment process: End-to-end management from ad dissemination to candidate integration and throughout their journey, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Consulting: Personalized support for clients and candidates throughout the process.
  • Administrative management: Proficiency in HR tools and rigorous, efficient management of temporary worker files.
  • Bac+3 degree

Your missions are:

Candidate sourcing: Identification and attraction of the best talents via various channels (job boards, social networks, etc.).

Implementation of the entire recruitment process: End-to-end management of the recruitment process, from the dissemination of advertisements to the integration of candidates with our clients and throughout their journey; and this while guaranteeing a fluid and positive candidate experience.

Consulting: Personalized support for clients and candidates throughout the process.

Administrative management: Mastery of HR tools and rigorous and efficient management of our temporary workers' files.

Qualifications

You have a Bac+3 degree and successful experience in recruitment in an interim agency.

You are passionate about industrial challenges and have a good understanding of technical professions.

You are recognized for your dynamism, your relational skills, and your ability to work in a team.
