About The Role
Regional User Growth Senior Manager oversees over user growth, marketing and user persona campaigns in the regions which aims to hack growth for focused products. He/she is analytical and creative at the same time and always looking for growth opportunities. This role combines leadership, stakeholder management, deep consumer understanding, data analytics, and project management.

What You Will Do

    • Develop user growth strategic initiatives plan that need to be rolled out in all Areas in respective Region aligned with Region team goals
    • Lead Region User Growth Manager/Associate on problem solving to solve user growth challenges by using data and insights
    • Responsible to be a final approver (e.g. initiatives, procurement administrations, key visual) and monitor all initiatives that are executed in all Areas in respective Region
    • Lead the analysis of market trends, pricing, and competitor strategies
    • Responsible to own overall user growth budget in respective Region and allocate it for each area and city level
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders (Area Senior Manager, Region User Growth Team, and HQ Team) to monitor local initiatives execution with Region and HQ strategies

What You Will Need

    • At least 7 years of working experience in Marketing/Digital Marketing
    • Strong ability to develop strategic user growth initiatives tailored to regional and area-specific goals, ensuring alignment with broader organizational objectives
    • Demonstrated experience leading and managing teams, including mentoring in problem-solving and decision-making
    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data, user trends, and competitor insights to develop growth strategies
    • Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional stakeholders
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present strategies and recommendations to senior leadership
    • Fluent in English, both written and verbal

Our Region User Growth team has one main goal: to strengthen our user growth in our cities and continuously enhance our business in the region across Indonesia - where strategy meets local insights. Specifically, we keep a holistic perspective of Gojek regions, striving to understand the region’s issues and constantly devising actionable solutions accordingly. Some of our daily tasks include monitoring regions metrics and devising initiatives to solve the issues within the User Growth domain. We work with internal stakeholders (Product Management and cross-functional teams) and external stakeholders (users and partners).
Our team is based all over Indonesia, we’re bonded by our desire to see our customers flourish in their respective domains, and our passion for utilizing smart technology to bring efficiency into the lives of millions. Off-hours, you’d probably find us chatting all about travel destinations and good food in different cities across Indonesia!
