The company is seeking a dynamic and seasoned Regional Leader for LATAM to join the Safety Laboratory team. The ideal candidate will excel in general management roles, emphasizing the organization of inspection and audit services from a customer service standpoint
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all quality inspections for apparel across the LATAM region, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of safety and service quality.
- Organize and oversee inspection and audit service activities, prioritizing exceptional customer service delivery and driving profitability for the region.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key industry stakeholders to ensure our services align with market requirements.
- Monitor and interpret industry trends and customer needs, adapting our offerings to meet evolving demands.
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to regional teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency and high-quality service offerings across regions.
- Ensure compliance with international regulations, standards, and quality systems applicable to the softline industries.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports in alignment with international business objectives.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a quality inspection leadership role within an international context.
- Strong knowledge of inspection and audit practices, with a focus on customer service and P&L management.
- Expertise in the softline industries, including an understanding of global market trends and customer expectations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and sustaining strong client relationships globally.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of motivating and guiding regional teams toward shared goals.
- Robust organizational and strategic problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; an advanced degree or international experience is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese is essential.
