Job Description

The Regulatory Affairs Manager designs and implements innovation and maintenance strategies for timely authorization of regulatory requirements, aligning with local and regional commercial teams. This role ensures agile execution of innovation plans, securing registration of new products, variations, and line extensions while maintaining compliance with local regulations, corporate policies, and Haleon values.
Must Have:
  • Assures best-in-class strategies, planning and execution of all Consumer regulatory activities to obtain new registrations authorizations and supporting any innovation business plan.
  • Support activities related to Consumer visits of inspection at the manufacturing sites involved to obtain good manufacturing certificates by the local Regulatory Agency, when applicable.
  • Communicate with the Pharmacovigilance teams to ensure compliance with regulatory authorities.
  • Assures the best strategies, planning and execution of all Consumer regulatory activities to get approvals for variations (notifications or authorizations) related to innovation strategies.
  • Assure effective records and put in place efficient procedures to ensure that all labeling text accompanying consumer products in the area are in line with the local regulatory approval, labeling regulations and corporate standards.
  • Assures the submission of stock out notifications for products and materials in accordance to current authorizations and in line with Demand needs.
  • Supervises and approves those promotional materials for innovation activities that are subject to authorization by the Regulatory Agency and ensures that they remain consistent with corporate policies and current regulatory legislation.
  • Support the commercial team on the development of new claims in compliance with regulations.

The Regulatory Affairs Manager designs and implements innovation and maintenance strategies for timely authorization of regulatory requirements according to the business objectives. Working on alignment with the local and regional commercial teams to ensure that innovation plans and strategies are executed and deployed with agility for getting the registration of new products, variations and line extensions ensuring the compliance of local regulations, corporate policies and Haleon values.

Key Responsibilities
