As a Regulatory and Litigation Senior Counsel, Competition, you'll play a crucial role in defending the company against government and regulatory inquiries. You'll lead the development of defense strategies, conduct investigations, gather and review information, and represent the company in legal engagements. This position involves managing responses to regulatory inquiries, investigations, litigation, enforcement actions, and civil matters. You'll oversee the collection and production of accurate information for external submissions and disclosures, provide legal advice on government and regulatory audits and exams, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Must Have:- JD, LL.B., or equivalent degree
- 10 years of experience with legal, regulatory, and litigation matters
- 10 years of attorney-level experience in government, in-house, or at a law firm
- Admitted to the bar and in good standing
- Experience engaging with regulators (FTC, DOJ, etc.)
- Experience developing compliance programs
- Experience managing projects and partnering with cross-functional teams
- Experience working with public company boards and counsel
