Procore is seeking a Research & Data Administrator for its Scout Research Team, based in Heredia, Costa Rica. This hybrid role involves ensuring customers receive accurate, legally compliant documents by correcting data inaccuracies and filling missing information. The administrator will manage and update project data, maintain integrity, and communicate proactively with customers. This position is ideal for a problem-solver who values data accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Must Have:

  • Work efficiently under deadlines, prioritizing tasks based on Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

  • Communicate proactively with customers to ensure they receive the documents they need in a timely manner
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with team members to implement efficiencies

This is a hybrid position based in our Heredia office (Ultrapark LAG, Edificio 2, piso 1, oficina 1, Ulloa, Lagunilla). During the initial training period (approximately 3 months), the schedule will require 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home each week. After training, in-office presence is required only twice per month.

We’re looking for a Research & Data Administrator to join Procore’s Scout Research Team. In this role, you’ll partner with your team and key Customer Success Team members to ensure customers receive the accurate, legally compliant documents they have earned. The primary goal of this role is to correct data inaccuracies, fill in missing information, and maintain efficiency through clear, steady communication.

As a Research & Data Administrator, you’ll work with cross-functional teams to manage and update project information, ensuring data integrity and quality. Use your investigative skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities to make a significant impact on our customer relationships. This is a unique opportunity for someone who loves solving problems and enjoys the challenge of maintaining data accuracy while prioritizing customer satisfaction.

This position reports to the Manager, Pro Research and will be based in our Costa Rica office. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do:
