Job Description

As a Responsible AI Engineer, you will assess AI systems for adherence to predefined thresholds and benchmarks related to responsible, ethical, and sustainable practices. You will design and implement technology mitigation strategies for systems to ensure ethical and responsible standards are achieved. A typical day involves evaluating AI systems and implementing strategies to uphold ethical standards. You will be expected to be a Subject Matter Expert, collaborate with and manage the team, and be responsible for team decisions. You will engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions, providing solutions to problems across multiple teams. You will develop and implement responsible AI frameworks, conduct audits on AI systems, and lead initiatives to promote responsible and sustainable AI practices.
Must have:
  • Proficiency in Responsible AI
  • Strong understanding of AI ethics
  • Experience in implementing mitigation strategies
  • Knowledge of AI governance frameworks
  • Familiarity with AI bias detection

Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Responsible AI. - Strong understanding of AI ethics and responsible practices. - Experience in implementing technology mitigation strategies for AI systems. - Knowledge of AI governance frameworks. - Familiarity with AI bias detection and mitigation techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Responsible AI. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
