Own and drive end-to-end supply chain performance across zones within International Region, supporting business and operational excellence.
Job description:
- Single point of accountability in International Region for demand and inventory planning, revenue forecasting and delivery, order fulfillment and quality in support of BU Regional Business Leaders and BU Global Integrated Supply Chain Leaders.
- Captures and prioritizes critical requirements of BU specific supply chain strategy to support enterprise goals in International Region, balancing unique innovation with infrastructure leverage across supply chain functions to optimize service, cost of working capital
- Spearheads regionally focused supply chain management initiatives aimed at achieving specific targets, advocates for cycle time reduction programs across the entire supply chain for a specific BU to enhance responsiveness to fluctuating demand and simultaneously reduces inventory levels
- Improves forecast accuracy and delivery precision, offers robust functional leadership across the End-To-End process, and bolsters operational planning proficiency at every organizational level, working intimately with regional Sales, Commercial Operations and Customer Project Management teams
- Critical Performance Indicators include Demand Forecast Accuracy, Revenue Forecast Accuracy, Inventory as a % of Materials Sales, On-time in Full (OTIF), Defects on Arrival (DEFOA), Order Cycle Time
- Offers guidance and direction to supply chain managers across diverse operational areas, groups and functions, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering collaboration to optimize supply chain management processes
You're the right fit if:
- You have education - Bachelor's/ master’s degree in business economics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Data Analysis and Statistics, Business Analytics or equivalent.
- You have min. 8 years of experience with Bachelor's OR Minimum 6 years of experience with Master's in areas such as Demand Planning, Supply Chain Management, Project Management or equivalent.
- You have demonstrated business acumen, with a solid understanding of the industry, zone Philips’ business model and value proposition, and the dynamics of local and regional market operations.
- You have a proven ability to effectively influence stakeholders across functions and hierarchies, without relying on direct reporting lines.
- You have a strong leadership presence, acting as a role model aligned with our Leadership Asks.
- You have a deep customer orientation, with a clear external focus and an ability to anticipate and respond to evolving market and industry trends.
- You have excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex challenges and drive continuous improvement using LEAN methodologies.
- You have experience operating within a matrixed organizational structure and taking ownership in alignment with the Philips Business System Framework.
- Your proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential; experience with SAP is considered a strong advantage.
- You have outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English required. Proficiency in additional languages is considered a plus.
