The Chrzanów plant produces lighting systems for passenger cars using advanced technologies. A modern Development Center in Chrzanów focuses on innovative lighting systems. The Robotics Engineer will lead industrialization of new equipment and production lines, collaborate with suppliers on robotic stations, create validation plans, monitor production indicators, and support the production team in technical problem-solving.
Must have:
  • Lead industrialization of new equipment and production lines (IPROM, tests, machine acceptance).
  • Collaborate with suppliers and support in designing and launching robotic stations.
  • Create and implement process validation plans, participate in PFMEA and Control Plan.
  • Monitor production indicators (QCDM) and implement optimization actions (cycle, costs, efficiency).
  • Support the production team in solving technical problems and training.
  • Promote Valeo standards, safety, and 5S in the automation and robotics area.
  • Possess technical higher education (automation, robotics, mechatronics or related).
  • Experience in working with industrial robots and/or PLC programming.
  • Knowledge of production processes and quality tools (PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC).
  • Communicative knowledge of English.

The Lighting Systems Production Plant in Chrzanów produces rear and front lamps for passenger cars using advanced metallization, assembly, and plastic injection technologies. Additionally, the plant has a fully equipped measurement laboratory with a unique photometric testing tunnel. Due to the development of new projects, a modern Development Center has been opened in Chrzanów, which will focus on designing and producing innovative lighting systems dedicated to passenger cars.

Your tasks:

  • Leading industrialization of new equipment and production lines (IPROM, tests, machine acceptance)
  • Collaboration with suppliers and support in designing and launching robotic stations
  • Creating and implementing process validation plans, participation in PFMEA and Control Plan

Requirements:

  • Technical higher education (automation, robotics, mechatronics or related)
  • Experience in working with industrial robots and/or PLC programming

  • Ability to analyze technical problems and implement optimization actions
  • Communicative knowledge of English
