Sitecore is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to focus on account management and renewals within the Install Base for the ANZ Market. The role is based in Singapore and involves generating new revenue by articulating product value, managing contract renewals, upsells, and expansions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to uncover customer challenges and build deep relationships. Responsibilities include accurate sales forecasting, generating quotes, customer research, and CRM updates. The SDR will work closely with Account Managers, prioritize target accounts in ANZ, and meet pipeline generation quotas. They will also need to understand offerings and competitive positioning, aligning with Sales and Marketing teams, and maintaining a high volume of outbound calls daily.
Must have:
  • 2+ years of SDR experience, preferably in SaaS

About the Role:
As an Install Base Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will focus on account management and renewal where you will generate new revenue. You will articulate the value of our products to customers and be accountable for revenue retention motions including product contract renewals, upsell and expansion. We are looking for individuals who are curious with excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder skills who can manage complex, deep relationships to help the customers uncover their challenges. In addition to revenue generation sales, you will provide accurate sales forecasting, generate customer quotes, perform customer research, and update account notes in our CRM system.
 
What You’ll Do:
  • Work closely with Account Managers to ensure smooth and timely follow-up on marketing leads
  • Prioritize the highest opportunity target accounts within ANZ
  • Responsible for building pipeline by meeting & exceeding pipeline generation quotas
  • Understand our offerings and competitive positioning to effectively communicate and apply them to customer needs
  • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and refine messaging. Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign efficiency
  • Maintain a minimum daily outbound call volume of 50-70 calls
  • Drive business pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting, conducting research on target accounts, identifying key decision makers, and crafting personalized messaging
 
Job Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience as an SDR, preferably in a SaaS sales environment
  • Experience in ANZ market will be a plus
  • Goal oriented, with a strong emphasis on achieving and surpassing targets
  • Innovative and naturally curious, you enjoy creating new methods and investigate research
  • Consistently over-achieved quota in past positions
  • A “hunter” mentality with tenacity and enthusiasm for inbound and outbound prospecting
