Sitecore is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to focus on account management and renewals within the Install Base for the ANZ Market. The role is based in Singapore and involves generating new revenue by articulating product value, managing contract renewals, upsells, and expansions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to uncover customer challenges and build deep relationships. Responsibilities include accurate sales forecasting, generating quotes, customer research, and CRM updates. The SDR will work closely with Account Managers, prioritize target accounts in ANZ, and meet pipeline generation quotas. They will also need to understand offerings and competitive positioning, aligning with Sales and Marketing teams, and maintaining a high volume of outbound calls daily.
