As a Sales Associate at Trek in Nijmegen, you will be the specialist advising customers on our wide range of bicycles and accessories. You will ensure customers leave the store with a smile, providing excellent service and maintaining a tidy store. You should have an affinity for bikes, be customer-focused, driven, flexible, and available 33-38 hours per week, including Saturdays.

What will you do?

As a Sales Associate, you are the specialist and advise our customers from A to Z. By following internal training, you know everything about our wide range of bicycles and accessories. Do you still have a specific question about a bike? Your colleagues are always ready to help you with their knowledge and experience. At TREK, quality and service are paramount, so you do everything to help the customer as best as possible. In addition to your advisory role, you also ensure that our store always looks top-notch.
