PedidosYa, a leading delivery and quick commerce platform in Latin America and part of Delivery Hero, is seeking a Sales Executive in Quito. This role involves identifying, attracting, and managing new partners, driving the sales process to meet company goals, tracking activities in Salesforce, and proactively seeking business opportunities. The executive will also analyze market data to close deals, ensure quality standards, and position PedidosYa as a growth partner, while continuously analyzing sales performance for improvement.
Must Have:

  • Track and record activity for open opportunities in Salesforce.
  • Proactively seek business opportunities in assigned zones and online.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards for accounts.

  • Analyze sales performance and propose improvements.
  • Experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Ability to work autonomously, organize, plan, and be results-oriented.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Proficiency in G-Suit and MS Office.

Job Description

  • Identify, contact, and attract new partners to the platform and lead the sales process, keeping in mind the objectives defined by the company.
  • Follow up and record activity related to open opportunities in the Salesforce system.
  • Visit assigned focus areas with potential to identify business opportunities and proactively seek opportunities through social networks, apps and gastronomic platforms, Google, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with the quality standards of accounts entered into the app.
  • Analyze available information (market, type of business, commercial results, etc.) and use it to close commercial agreements, periodically mapping the competition, prioritizing the incorporation of accounts.
  • Position PedidosYa as a growth alternative for Partners, generating valuable commercial relationships from the first moment.
  • Analyze sales performance and propose improvement opportunities to achieve objectives and communicate identified improvement opportunities to partners to improve their performance.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the technology or services industry.
  • Ability to work autonomously, organizational skills, planning, and results orientation.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proactivity, flexibility, and teamwork orientation.
  • Proficiency in G-Suit and MS Office.
