YOUR ROLE
Selected candidate will drive the commercial processes and procedures for AS&UX and ensure compliance thereof. Major areas include interface with Sales, Finance, SCM, Regional leadership, legal and engineering teams for budget quoting approvals, quoting, change management, SIOP, contract administration and business planning.
As a Commercial Excellence Lead on our team, you’ll:
- Drive sales revenue budget development
- Analysis of multiple data sources and organize into meaningful summary for top leadership
- Summarize findings from analysis and clearly communicate analytical findings in a cohesive story
- Gather, review and test data, utilizing a number of measures to provide solutions to key business decisions
- Perform financial analysis and modeling
- Provide operational insights to achieve KPIs
- Work with business planning team to ensure ACE is accurate and aligned with product and sales
- Dashboard development for various teams to utilize
- Work with strategy team and business planning leads on areas for growth development
- Support business planning and SIOP teams to improve on reporting accuracy
- Build relationships across the sales, product, business management, and finance organizations, across North America, Europe, China, Japan, Korea, and India
- Understand the industry’s macro challenges and the unique priorities & challenges for each major customer
- Support the sales and technical sales teams in developing strategic customer assessments, growth strategies, and opportunity engagement plans
- Coordinate feedback between the sales and product teams via robust processes and documentation
- Build strategic, cross-customer plans to deliver long-term growth in our major product areas.
YOUR BACKGROUND
Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or related
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance, Strategy Analytics or Sales
- Excellent level of English (written and oral)
- Financial Acumen
- Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities (Macros, Pivoting and knowledge of various formulas)
- Alteryx experience
- Salesforce experience
- Dashboard development capability (Qlik, Tableau, etc)
- Excellent PowerPoint presentation development
- AI experience and able to utilize for large data set analytics
Skills and abilities:
- Understanding or knowledge of revenue development (forecasting, budget development, market trends)
- Detail oriented with ability to multitask and prioritize the tasks
- Advanced analytical and problem solving skills
- Able to work independently and as a part of a team
- Able to work efficiently and complete the tasks on time
- Ability to organize, plan and document tasks.
