We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hunter Sales Executive to expand our Radiology Informatics solutions. This role involves identifying and securing new business, developing strategic sales plans, and driving revenue growth within the assigned West Zone territory. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of radiology workflows and a relentless drive to exceed sales targets, focusing on Vue, Cloud offerings, and Health Suite Imaging (HSI). The role requires significant travel and collaboration with regional teams to achieve sales objectives.
Must have:
  • Lead sales for Vue, Cloud offerings, and Health Suite Imaging (HSI) within assigned territory
  • Develop sales strategies with Regional Install Base teams, New Business Hunters, Client Executives and National Account Executives
  • Travel weekly (at least 60%) for customer meetings
  • Conduct regular strategic development and training sessions with regional teams
  • Provide quarterly forecast rollup with weekly reporting and a quarterly business plan presentation
  • 10+ years of experience in Radiology Informatics
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working in Cloud Solutions
  • Previous experience leading sales strategy, account planning, forecasting, training and financial modeling
  • High clinical and technical aptitude
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Strong desire to hunt and drive new business
  • Passion for educating and developing talent
  • Experienced in selling to CIO, CFO, CEO level and building Enterprise Informatics strategy

Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hunter Sales Executive to spearhead the expansion of our Radiology Informatics solutions. This role is pivotal in identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing strategic sales plans, and leading initiatives that drive revenue growth within the assigned geographic territory. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of radiology workflows and a relentless drive to exceed sales targets.

Your role:

  • You will lead sales efforts as it pertains to Vue and Cloud offerings, and Health Suite Imaging (HSI) within assigned territory
  • Sales strategies will be developed with Regional Install Base teams, New Business Hunters, Client Executives and National Account Executives
  • Will require weekly travel as well as weekly rigor and cadence adherence with regional teams. Travel expectation of at least 60% and actively having customer meetings.
  • Will require regular strategic development and training sessions with regional teams.
  • Will require a quarterly forecast rollup with weekly reporting as well as a quarterly business plan presentation

You're the right fit if:

  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or equivalent. Engineering Degree a Plus or 5+ years of deep technical expertise required. Strong Financial experience preferred.
  • You’ve acquired 10+ years of experience in Radiology Informatics with a minimum of 2 years' experience working in Cloud Solutions. Previous experience leading sales strategy, account planning, forecasting, training and financial modeling required with high clinical and technical aptitude
  • You Love winning and are fierce competitor that wants to exceed plan, Strong presentation and negotiation skills, a strong desire to hunt and drive new business and a passion for educating and developing talent. Experienced in selling to CIO, CFO, CEO level and building Enterprise Informatics strategy
  • Your skills include strong presentation and negotiation skills, a strong desire to hunt and drive new business and a passion for educating and developing talent
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details

Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $260,500 to $306,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.

Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. Details about our benefits can be found here.
