Job Description

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of solving complex analytical problems and positively influencing business outcomes. They will develop revenue and growth models to analyze business growth and incentive plan effectiveness. This role involves providing ongoing analysis and performance metrics to understand business performance and drive sales program strategy, as well as developing key narratives and solutions that provide guidance on regional operations. The candidate will partner with multiple cross-functional teams, including Sales, Analytics, and Finance, to deliver top-notch plan communication and reporting.
