We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team. As a Senior Sales Executive, your role is pivotal in driving our B2B sales strategy and fostering long-term client relationships. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving our company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, closing deals, and ensuring long-term client satisfaction.
Must have:
  • Identify and target potential business clients
  • Develop and present tailored sales proposals
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Collaborate with internal teams
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts
  • Guide and mentor junior sales team members
Good to have:
  • Previous background in an eKYC and/or PSrE company

As a Senior Sales Executive, your role is pivotal in driving our B2B sales strategy and fostering long-term client relationships. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving our company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, closing deals, and ensuring long-term client satisfaction.

What You Will Do

  • Lead Generation & Market Expansion: Identify and target potential business clients through strategic research, networking, and industry events. Utilize various channels to generate leads, such as social media, email marketing, and cold calling.
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Building: Develop and present tailored sales proposals to prospective clients, addressing their specific needs and challenges. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve business objectives.
  • Negotiation & Deal Closure: Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with clients to close deals that align with company goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, providing insights into sales activities and performance.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior sales team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

What You Will Need

  • Minimum 5–7 years in B2B sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Previous background in an eKYC and/or PSrE company is preferred.
  • Previous roles may include Sales Representative, Account Manager, or Business Development Manager.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in managing long sales cycles and complex negotiations.
  • Proficiency in English both active and passive is a must

Our Digital Identity team, a subsidiary of GoTo Financial, consists of a whole village to create the best in the country solution for our clients, based in Jakarta. Working alongside the internal team to create a seamless solution integration for the clients while maintaining a good service quality, adhered to the regulatory requirement applicable to the clients.
