In late January, we announced that Bridgefield Capital signed an agreement to acquire Philips’ Emergency Care business which includes leading brands and products like HeartStart AEDs, Intrepid and DFM100 monitor defibrillators, Tempus monitor and Tempus ALS systems, and Corsium and ECI informatics solutions. We expect the transaction to close at the end of 2025. With Bridgefield’s support and building on our 40+ year legacy of growth and innovation in emergency medical technology, the Emergency Care business will continue passionately pursuing our mission of saving lives, lowering the cost of healthcare, and advancing the science of resuscitation while serving the public access AED, EMS, military, and hospital market segments. In this role, you have the opportunity to
Focus on Sales & Operations Planning to balance the sales to customers with production capacities of our factories to maximize sales recognition with the lowest possible inventory levels.
You are responsible for
- Managing the monthly medium/long term planning process in order to ensure customer demand can be fulfilled.
- Conducting scenario planning and risk analysis.
- Influencing the integral inventory levels of the Therapeutic Care with the objective to realize the availability targets.
- Incorporating product phase in/phase out, promotions, regulatory clearances and other factors into the demand plan.
- Preparing suppliers/factories for long term demand plans.
- Defining and agreeing on availability performance and inventories.
- On behalf of the Therapeutic Care, lead the S&OP process, by teaming up with the markets, Integrated Supply Chain, product management, and program PMO.
- Deploying the single agreed plan to all functions.
- Initiating and participating in Therapeutic Care and supply chain improvement processes.
- Defining opportunities for improvement driven by operational excellence, customer satisfaction and cost reduction.
- Contributing to the Supply Chain Management strategy for Therapeutic Care.
- As part of the SCM strategy, develop and align the S&OP policy.
- Participating in the supply chain strategy.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
- Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering or equivalent preferred, ASCM CSCP certification a plus.
- 8 plus years’ experience in S&OP in a business utilizing demand planning, forecasting and data analytics.
- Experience in multiple areas of Supply Chain and working in a cross-functional organization.
- Influencing and inspiring change within different areas of the organization, supply chain, commercial functions and other business groups.
