They also manage pricing tools, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Must have:
  • 8+ years of pricing analysis experience in SaaS or fintech.
  • Expert analytical and quantitative skills for strategic insights.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for influence.
  • Experience with cross-functional teams, fostering cooperation.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.

Envestnet is seeking a Sales Pricing Director - YOD to join our Yodlee department. This is a hybrid role, with in-office work required at either our Denver, CO or Berwyn, PA office location.

Job Summary: 

The Pricing Director leads the development and execution of strategic pricing initiatives to optimize profitability and market share for our cutting-edge SaaS fintech products. This role is responsible for deep analysis of market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to identify and implement optimal pricing models. The Pricing Director partners closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product management and finance, to ensure pricing strategies are aligned with overarching business objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of pricing models that align with business goals, drive competitiveness, and optimize profitability.
  • Conduct in-depth pricing and margin analysis to monitor performance and identify strategic improvement opportunities and support data-driven decision making. 
  • Provide strategic pricing leadership and guidance for large / complex sales opportunities.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across finance, product, marketing, and legal to shape and govern enterprise-wide pricing decisions and ensure cross-functional alignment. 
  • Own pricing performance metrics and reporting, delivering actionable insights and recommendation to executive leadership to inform strategic direction.
  • Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of pricing tools and workflows, enhancing accuracy and efficiency.
  • Adherence to and application of Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested.  
  • As part of the responsibilities for this role, you will understand and readily support Envestnet's established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk.

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in pricing analysis, preferably within a SaaS or fintech environment.
  • Experience with advanced pricing software and tools, enhancing analytical capabilities.
  • Expert-level analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data intro strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and clearly articulate complex pricing strategies across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated success working with cross-functional teams, fostering a cooperative and productive work environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI, with a demonstrated ability to leverage these tools effectively.

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of the fintech industry and SaaS business models, providing a strategic advantage.

Salary:

The annual base salary range for this position is $105,000 to $156,000.
