Role Responsibilities -

• As a Salesforce QA Senior Analyst, your focus will be to ensure the quality of Salesforce implementations through testing, analysis, and teamwork. This involves crafting and executing test plans, identifying defects, and verifying fixes, within an agile development environment.
• You will work with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure Salesforce solutions meet requirements and deliver a high-quality user experience. Besides working closely with your colleagues in Bangalore, you will also work closely with Nasdaq teams in other countries.
• Review system requirements and business processes; code, test, and debug software solutions.
• Conducts a range of quality control tests and analyses, utilizing expertise and knowledge or industry trends to ensure that all problems are resolved and that software meets or exceeds specified standards, development
• Specifications or client requirements.
• Report issues found back to development and/or project management teams and/or implementation teams.

We expect you to have: (Minimum Qualifications)

• Minimum experience required 4yrs – 6yrs in salesforce QA.
• Salesforce Configuration Knowledge: A deep understanding of standard and custom objects, relationships, page layouts, security models, validation rules, and other declarative features within Salesforce is essential for testing and validating the platform's functionality.
• Testing Methodologies & Test Planning: Expertise in various testing methodologies (e.g., functional, regression, performance, security), test planning, test case design, test execution, and defect reporting is crucial.
• Automation Tools & Frameworks: Proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools is increasingly important for efficiency and scalability in testing. Requirements Analysis: The ability to translate business requirements into test scenarios and test cases is vital to ensure that the Salesforce solution meets the intended needs.
• Understanding of Agile Methodologies: A strong grasp of agile principles and frameworks and how testing fits into the iterative development process and participate effectively in ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Time Management: Efficiently handling tasks and meeting deadlines is a valuable asset for a QA professional
• Effective Communication: Clear and concise communication, both verbal and written, is key for collaborating with developers, business analysts, stakeholders, and optimally reporting bugs and test results.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to analyze sophisticated systems, identify potential risks and vulnerabilities, troubleshoot issues, and propose solutions is crucial for ensuring the quality and reliability of the Salesforce platform.
