CSG is seeking a Scrum Master to help deliver on their roadmap by providing Agile knowledge and support to teams. The role involves facilitating Agile collaborative sessions, supporting the Product Owner with planning, eliminating impediments, and representing the team in Release Train sessions. Candidates should have 2-3 years of Scrum Master experience, thrive in fast-paced environments, and possess a high desire for learning and advanced English skills.
Must Have:
  • Help deliver successfully on roadmap while providing Agile knowledge and support to teams
  • Facilitate Agile based collaborative sessions including daily stand ups, planning sessions, retrospectives, demos and refinement sessions
  • Support the Product Owner with planning to the team's capacity
  • Eliminate impediments for team members
  • Promote, demonstrate, and teach SAFe practices for the teams
  • Represent the team in Release Train sessions
  • Between 2 - 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments
  • High desire in learning
  • Advance English skills
