This role involves building and promoting the deployment of cloud-native systems for next-generation in-vehicle system and software development. Key responsibilities include designing and building efficient development environments in collaboration with various vehicle system, EE architecture, connected/cockpit system, and software developers. The position is crucial for realizing Software Defined Vehicles (SDV) and offers opportunities to understand the latest software and automotive system technologies, develop solution proposal skills, and grow through collaboration with diverse internal and external stakeholders globally.
Must have:
  • Has 2+ years of development experience in IoT software, in-vehicle software, in-vehicle electronic systems/components, or cloud software development, or a willingness to acquire it.
  • Can organize and propose multiple conflicting requirements.
  • Can proactively promote new initiatives, involving others.
  • TOEIC score of 600.

  • Work experience in the automotive industry, especially in system or EE architecture development.
  • Overseas work experience.

Job Overview

Building and promoting the deployment of cloud-native systems for next-generation in-vehicle system and software development.

  • System/EE architecture design environment, connected/cockpit system design environment, tool development
  • Workbench environment development (developer portal)
  • DevOps environment development (CI/CD)
  • Next-generation AD Simulation environment development

Collaborate with developers of various vehicle systems, EE architecture, connected/cockpit systems, and software to build an efficient development environment. Understand the processes and design details of each area, discuss and consider what kind of development environment is needed, and design and build the development environment infrastructure.

Also, design and build a cloud development environment portal (Workbench) that all Nissan engineers can access to provision necessary development environments. Design and build an automated evaluation environment (CI/CD) for mass-production software.

Salary Range

  • Monthly salary (reference value): 230,000 JPY to 490,000 JPY
  • *Determined comprehensively based on experience and expertise.*
  • Estimated annual income (reference value): Approximately 4.1 million JPY to 10.5 million JPY
  • *Monthly salary x 12 months + bonus (estimated value)*
  • For Assistant Manager positions, includes fixed overtime of 30 hours/month.
  • *Bonus amounts are reference values; actual payment timing, amounts, and payment conditions will be determined separately.*
  • *Overtime allowance, etc., will be paid separately based on employee wage regulations.*
