2. Design and produce special effects related to characters, weapons, and monster entities in the game.
3. Strong style adaptability, accurately understand product requirements.
4. Cooperate with programmers and planners to optimize special effects resources and promptly handle related problems that arise in the game.
5. Be able to coordinate special effects animation time with character animation for special effects production, independently review special effects resource output to meet specifications, integrate the use of special effects and other tools, and follow up with programmers and planners to achieve visual effect integration.
1. Possess 3-5 years of experience in 3D game effects design, capable of producing matching special effects based on the art style of the project scene.
2. Able to learn new technologies, quickly get started with editors and development tools, proficient in design software, including one or more of the following tools: (U3D, 3DMax/Blender, PS, AE); familiarity with common shaders is a plus.
3. Have interactive thinking and artistic foundation, be good at communication and expression, and be able to clearly express design creativity.
4. Good at cartoon and stylized effects is preferred, have a sense of responsibility, pursue detail quality and user experience in design, have a deep understanding of the implementation effect and performance of special effects, balance both performance, and ensure design quality.
5. Candidates with complete project experience are preferred, love games, pay attention to game experience, and cooperate with product improvements to enhance game experience.
