Job Description

Responsible for the design and implementation of core auto chess gameplay, including season themes, commanders, bonds, heroes, and seasonal gameplay mechanisms. This role involves improving combat design standards, optimizing configuration tool flow, and enhancing R&D efficiency. The planner will collaborate closely with art, programming, and promotion departments, adjust content based on test data and player feedback, and guide junior combat planners. Candidates should have 5+ years of game experience, strong logical thinking, mathematical modeling, and design skills, and a passion for competitive games.
Good To Have:
  • 1+ year of experience as a combat planner team lead or lead planner.
  • Experience in auto chess, strategy card games, or competitive genre R&D.
  • Familiarity with relevant auto chess games.
  • Aesthetic and planning creativity.
Must Have:

Job Description

1. Responsible for the design and implementation of core auto chess gameplay, including season themes, commanders, bonds, heroes, and seasonal gameplay mechanisms.

2. Improve combat design standards and framework, optimize configuration tool flow, and enhance the efficiency and quality of combat R&D.

3. Communicate and collaborate closely with art, programming, and promotion departments, establish process standards for various combat pipelines, and lead the team to complete tasks on schedule.

4. Adjust and optimize combat content based on test data and player feedback.

5. Guide combat planner colleagues, foster a collaborative learning atmosphere, and improve team capabilities.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, 5+ years of game work experience, 1+ year of experience as a combat planner team lead or lead planner preferred; experience in auto chess, strategy card games, or competitive genre R&D preferred, familiarity with relevant auto chess games preferred.

2. Understand profession and skill design, possess mathematical modeling and logical thinking skills, and be able to design numerical relationships and logical processes.

3. Aesthetic and planning creativity is a plus, familiar with MOBA, auto chess, and other gameplay, with user insight.

4. Love the game industry, understand competitive games, possess self-drive, learning ability, communication skills, stress resistance, and teamwork spirit.
