1. Responsible for active operations related to search, hit, withdraw pre-research projects, including but not limited to new user acquisition, retention optimization, and return user engagement.
2. Cooperate with the publishing team to determine project release plans, and formulate data expectations and implementation for reservations and traffic guidance at different project stages.
3. Cooperate with user research and planning teams to identify pain points for different user segments and conduct targeted retention optimization.
4. Pay attention to the long-term operation strategies of competitors in search, hit, withdraw games, understand market demand changes, and continuously iterate on current active user growth strategies.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, 5+ years of experience in game operations, with complete project active operations experience, preferably with active operations experience in competitive game projects.
2. Passionate about search, hit, withdraw games, familiar with competitors' long-term operation ideas and having independent insights is a plus.
3. Strong organizational and coordination skills, with cross-departmental cooperation experience, and capable of independently completing challenging tasks.
4. Solid operational fundamentals, familiar with the basic formula of active composition, able to quickly locate and analyze the causes of active fluctuations based on project active data and find corresponding solutions; also able to estimate future active trends and make long-term operational plans in advance.
5. Strong logical thinking, communication, and learning abilities, able to quickly integrate into a new team.
