1. More than 3 years of work experience, Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to key universities. Special consideration for those with game-related special awards or achievements.
2. Strong logical ability, with independent and comprehensive thinking ability. Able to break down problems and seek solutions from both macroscopic and microscopic perspectives.
3. Strong ability to withstand pressure. When facing negative feedback from players, able to detach emotions and find the hidden problems behind them.
4. Love games, have a deep understanding of MOBA, party games, FPS, and other multiplayer competitive games. Have deep and long-term experience with at least one competitive game.
5. Required to have 0 to 1 game development experience. Those with a background in recommendation algorithms, data analysis, or numerical planning are preferred.
