About the Role:
As an Senior Account & Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth by acquiring net new logo customers and driving upsell opportunities within your assigned territory. Required Job Qualifications (Min. 2yr+ experience)
- 2 years in a quota-carrying, full sales cycle role
- Proven success in acquiring net new logo customers and expanding existing accounts through upsell strategies.
- Strong understanding of B2B buying behaviors and decision-making processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
- Experience with consultative selling and value-based sales approaches.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement platforms.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage a high volume of accounts and activities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently or in a team environment.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prospect, qualify, and close net new logo accounts and upsell opportunities within existing customer relationships.
- Develop and execute territory plans to drive pipeline growth and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across multiple levels of the customer organization.
- Deliver tailored sales presentations and product demos that address specific business challenges.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with moderate autonomy and strategic insight.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of pipeline activity, customer interactions, and performance metrics in CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales development teams to optimize lead generation and conversion.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive account management and issue resolution.
- Provide input into forecasting, reporting, and continuous improvement of sales processes.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product developments.

Compensation:
Target salary range CA, CT, CO, DC, HI, IL, MD, MN, NY, RI, WA:: $76,350 - $105,700
This role is eligible for Commission.
