Responsibilities
- Proactively manage executive calendars, meetings, and communication, ensuring clear objectives and timely prep
- Coordinate major offsite meetings and prepare reports, agendas, and correspondence from diverse data sources
- Handle all domestic and international travel arrangements, including logistics and visa assistance
- Anticipate executive needs and advocate on their behalf to balance business and personal priorities
- Draft response emails and communication plans for staff; act as a liaison within and outside the organization
- Manage inquiries, direct issues to the appropriate teams, and support executive visitors
- Complete expense reports, budgets, contracts, POs, and vendor payments accurately and on time
- Maintain office inventory and coordinate equipment or facility changes as needed
Skills You Will Need
Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in executive-level administrative support, preferably in a fast-paced, global corporate environment
- Excellent calendar and travel management capabilities
- High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize competing demands
- Leadership and consensus-building abilities across diverse teams
- Comfort with ambiguity and proven ability to learn systems and processes quickly

The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $53,200 - $98,800 USD. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, geographic location where work will be performed and applicant’s skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus, equity package and a comprehensive benefits package.
