Job Description
Roof Stacks is seeking a Senior Android Developer to lead end-to-end development of high-performance Android applications. The role involves designing and implementing scalable solutions for banking and high-transaction systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high code quality. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of Android development experience with Kotlin, proven experience in transaction-heavy systems, and a background in banking or fintech. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field is required. The developer will contribute to architectural decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Do:
* Lead end-to-end development of high-performance Android applications
* Design and implement scalable solutions for banking and high-transaction systems
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (backend, QA, product)
* Ensure high code quality and maintainability through best practices and code reviews
* Contribute to architectural decisions and continuous improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
* 5+ years of professional Android development experience
* Strong command of Kotlin
* Proven experience in transaction-heavy, secure, scalable mobile systems
* Experience in the banking or fintech domain is highly preferred
* Ability to take ownership in full development lifecycle
* Solid understanding of clean architecture and modern Android development tools
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field from a reputable university
