Job Description
The role of the Financial Planning (FP&A) area is to help Nubank make better financial decisions. The mission is to understand the company's performance from a financial perspective, analyzing past results and creating projections for the future. You will be responsible for analyzing, explaining, and projecting the consolidation of income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow from different legal entities. You will also refine FP&A processes, generating insights and clarity in the financial statements, always thinking in a scalable way and with reliable data. Additional responsibilities include understanding and analyzing the impacts of product-related decision-making on the results of the Business Unit (BU), automating reports, building and updating financial models, and preparing and presenting executive materials with financial results to the Business Unit and the Board.
Good To Have:
- Knowledge in Programming Language (Scala, SQL and Python).
Must Have:
- Experience in financial projection and analysis (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- Solid knowledge of financial modeling, with familiarity in cash flow calculations.
- Strong analytical ability to manage and evaluate complex data.
- Strong ability to communicate proactively with different business partners.
- Advanced knowledge in Excel / Google Sheets.
- Advanced English proficiency.

Você será responsável por
- Analisar, explicar e projetar do ponto de vista financeiro a consolidação de DRE, balanço patrimonial e fluxo de caixa de diferentes entidades legais;
- Aperfeiçoar processos de FP&A, conseguindo gerar insights e clareza nas demonstrações de resultado, sempre pensando de forma escalável e com dados confiáveis;
- Entender e analisar impactos das tomadas de decisão relacionadas ao produto no resultado da Unidade de Negócio (BU);
- Automatizar reports, conectando-os com bases de dados advindas de diferentes fontes;
- Construir, atualizar e revisar modelos e simuladores financeiros;
- Elaborar e apresentar materiais executivos com resultados financeiros à Unidade de Negócio e à Diretoria.
Procuramos por uma pessoa que
- Tenha experiência em projeção e análise financeira (P&L, Balance Sheet e Cash Flow);
- Possua um conhecimento sólido em modelagem financeira, tendo familiaridade com o cálculo de caixa, equivalência patrimonial e eliminações;
- Tenha forte capacidade analítica para gerenciar e avaliar dados complexos;
- Possua forte habilidade de se comunicar proativamente com diferentes parceiros de negócios e stakeholders (Produtos, Finanças, Mercados);
- Conhecimento avançado em Excel / Google Sheets;
- Inglês avançado;
- Conhecimento em Linguagem de Programação (Scala, SQL e Python) é um diferencial.
