We’re looking for a passionate, data-driven Recruiter Specialist to join our global Talent Acquisition team. Based remotely in Colombia, you’ll play a critical role in helping us scale our engineering and product teams, identifying top-tier talent, and shaping an inclusive candidate experience across borders.
You’ll work closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners to drive full-cycle recruitment strategies and bring in exceptional talent that shares our mission and values.
