As a Senior HR Manager, you will be a trusted partner for managers, coaching them through people decisions, designing data-driven feedback loops, and resolving employee-relations issues to foster healthier performance, higher engagement, and fewer conflicts.

  • SaaS or fintech background
  • Experience supporting teams in India
Must Have:
  • Coach & develop managers through 1:1s, toolkits, and leadership skill development.
  • Own employee-relations (ER) casework, conducting investigations and drafting findings.
  • Refine performance management, iterating on OKR + review cadence and leading calibration/PIP processes.
  • Run listening programs like pulse surveys, stay/exit interviews, and manager roundtables.
  • Ensure compliance by updating policies for evolving state/federal laws and advising on risk mitigation.
  • Advise on organizational design & workforce planning, partnering with Finance on headcount scenarios.
  • Champion culture & DEIB, co-owning belonging initiatives, recognition rituals, and learning pathways.

The Impact You’ll Make:

You’ll be the trusted partner for every manager—coaching them through tough people decisions, designing data‑driven feedback loops, and resolving employee‑relations issues before they escalate. Success looks like healthier performance, higher engagement, and fewer “fires to fight.”

What You’ll Do:

  • Coach & develop managers – Run regular 1:1s, deliver just‑in‑time toolkits, and level up leadership skills.
  • Own employee‑relations (ER) casework – Conduct investigations, draft findings, and close > 90 % of ER cases within SLA.
  • Refine performance management – Iterate on our quarterly OKR + review cadence and lead calibration/PIP processes.
  • Run listening programs – Launch pulse surveys, stay/exit interviews, and manager roundtables; turn insights into tangible actions every quarter.
  • Keep us compliant – Update policies for evolving state/federal laws and advise leaders on risk mitigation.
  • Advise on org design & workforce planning – Partner with Finance to model head‑count scenarios that support growth.
  • Champion culture & DEIB – Co‑own belonging initiatives, recognition rituals, and learning pathways.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 8 + years progressive HRBP/ER experience, including 3 + years owning programs for multi‑site or remote tech teams.
  • Deep understanding of US employment law (FLSA, ADA, FMLA, NLRA, pay‑transparency regs).
  • Proven track record designing and scaling performance‑management or engagement frameworks.
  • Data‑fluency with HRIS analytics, Excel/Sheets, and storytelling with metrics.
  • Executive presence, conflict‑resolution finesse, and a bias for action.
  • Bonus: SHRM‑SCP/SPHR, SaaS or fintech background, experience supporting teams in India.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: USD 130 000 – 160 000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills and location.
