The Senior Insurance Consultant will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing excellent service, and ensuring client satisfaction across various insurance sectors. This role involves managing and maintaining client relationships in property and casualty insurance, commercial insurance, liability insurance, and transportation insurance. The consultant will also provide exceptional customer service and follow up on client portfolios. The role requires the use of Excel for data analysis and reporting and the ability to adapt to changes and work collaboratively within a team.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in client relationship management.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel, including data analysis and formulas.
Good to have:
  • Knowledge of insurance products and processes.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • An extroverted personality with a strong customer service focus.

Estamos buscando un individuo talentoso para unirse a nuestro equipo de Gestión de Relaciones con Clientes en Marsh McLennan.   • Utilizar Excel para el análisis y reporte de datos.

Lo que necesitas tener:

  • Una licenciatura en un campo relevante.
  • Un mínimo de 3 años de experiencia en gestión de relaciones con clientes o en un rol similar.
  • Dominio intermedio de Excel, incluyendo análisis de datos y fórmulas.
