Description:
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Talent Strategy Consulting team at Mercer. This role will be based in Singapore. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office (based on full time role).
As an Intern in Talent Strategy Consulting, you will have the opportunity to work closely with project managers and peers, contributing to various client projects and business development efforts while gaining valuable insights into the consulting industry.
We will count on you to:
- Analyze a variety of qualitative and quantitative client data based on the guidance of a project manager.
- Conduct research-based activities using various methods to shape points of view on client issues for projects and business development efforts.
- Prepare high-quality, innovative client deliverables, focusing on effectively communicating key insights and enabling impact.
- Support project managers with coordination activities to ensure that projects run on time and within budget.
What you need to have:
- Ability to commit full time for a period of at least 3 months between July and 19 December 2025
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. Data visualization is a plus.
- Excellent command of the English language.
