As Senior Compensation Specialist you will work closely with the BCS Compensation Leader and BCS People Partners to deliver compensation advisory services and solutions that meet business needs, leveraging enterprise compensation frameworks. You will be part of the Marsh McLennan Compensation Center of Expertise (COE), reporting to the BCS Compensation Leader and located in the Warsaw office.
The Compensation COE collaborates with other teams in our People function to provide strategy, design, and subject matter expertise on broad-based compensation, incentives, reward insights, and regulatory requirements, ensuring alignment between people and business strategies.
We will count on you to:
Act as a subject matter expert in compensation, providing advisory services to client groups, including People Partners and HR Managers.
Collaborate with various teams to diagnose strategic compensation priorities and define reward requirements.
Focus on reward program delivery, annual pay reviews, compensation program effectiveness, and market benchmarking.
Partner with Finance teams for forecasting and annual budget modeling.
Contribute to enterprise-wide compensation initiatives, enhancing the effectiveness of Marsh McLennan’s reward programs.
What you need to have:
Proven experience in total rewards and compensation, preferably within service center and/or technology industries.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, data visualization).
Proficiency in English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse global stakeholders.
A consultative mindset and client-centric approach to problem-solving.
