Responsibilities include developing creative ad concepts for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), overseeing the production of high-quality ad assets (video ads, motion graphics), leading brand partnerships, negotiating with stakeholders, and performing A/B testing to optimize ad performance. The ideal candidate will have experience in mobile gaming, advertising, and brand partnerships, showcasing strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. They will also need to stay updated on industry trends and ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Art Director / Brand Manager to join our team, responsible for both brand partnerships and the development of advertising content for our mobile game, Geolocation Monopoly World. In this role, you will blend creative leadership with strategic business acumen to craft innovative brand integrations and impactful ads that enhance the player experience and contribute to the commercial success of the game.

This is a unique opportunity for a creative visionary with experience in mobile gaming, advertising, and brand partnerships to lead both artistic direction and business development efforts, ensuring that our game is represented authentically and compellingly across all major platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Creative Concept Development & Leadership:
    • Collaborate with the CEO, Head of Product, and business development teams to translate brand partnerships into innovative in-game integrations and ad campaigns.
    • Lead the ideation and development of engaging ad concepts that resonate with target audiences across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat.
    • Oversee the creation of co-branded in-game content, ensuring alignment with both the Monopoly World and partner brands.
  2. Visual Design & Execution:
    • Direct the production of high-quality ad assets, including dynamic video ads with motion graphics.
    • Provide creative direction and oversee the development of in-game elements to ensure visual consistency with the game's brand aesthetic and partner requirements.
    • Review and approve all creative assets, maintaining high standards of quality and adherence to brand guidelines.
  3. Strategic Collaboration & Business Representation:
    • Represent the company at global brand, gaming, and technology conferences, engaging in networking and presenting to potential partners.
    • Lead international meetings with brand stakeholders and agencies, negotiating terms and ensuring alignment on business objectives.
    • Work closely with external creative agencies and internal teams (marketing, user acquisition, analytics) to ensure cohesive and effective ad campaigns.
  4. Data-Driven Performance Optimization with Strong Collaboration with Delivery Manager:
    • Lead A/B testing and performance analysis for ad creatives, using insights to refine and improve both advertising strategies and brand integrations.
    • Manage budgets for brand partnerships and advertising, ensuring a balance between production quality and cost-efficiency.
  5. Innovation & Trend Adaptation:
    • Stay up to date on trends in mobile gaming, digital advertising, and brand partnerships, applying innovative ad formats (such as AR or interactive experiences) to push creative boundaries.
    • Continuously refresh and update ad creatives and brand partnership elements to keep them relevant and effective.
  6. Brand Consistency & Quality Control:
    • Ensure all brand partnership initiatives align with the Monopoly World brand guidelines and partner brand standards.
    • Incorporate player feedback and market insights into ad campaigns and partnership integrations for continuous improvement.

Job requirements

  • Proven track record as an Art Director.
  • Experience with strategy games on mobile platforms is highly preferred.
  • Expertise in working with both in-house and outsourced art teams.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Deep understanding of mobile gaming audiences and user preferences.

About The Company

Reality Games is an up and coming gaming studio developing mobile games based on live, real world Big data.
We are a team of 60 people based in Krakow at the iconic building of the Railway Station located in the heart of the historic centre of the city. We have also business representatives in London.

In early 2015, Reality Games launched its first game based on: Landlord Real Estate Tycoon. 
It received huge global success with over 12 million players.
Following the success of Landlord, we intend to release Big Data Game Engine.
We are expect that our Game Engine will simplify game development for external companies and make it much more cost and time effective, as there will not be a need for artificially created content.
