Smarsh is seeking a Global Marketing Manager to develop and execute global marketing strategies supporting company growth across regions and business units. This role involves leading cross-functional marketing initiatives, managing global campaign rollouts, and ensuring consistent brand messaging and performance. The manager will develop global go-to-market strategies, lead integrated global marketing campaigns, and collaborate with regional marketing leads for local activation. Responsibilities include brand governance, cross-functional partnerships, performance analytics, content leadership, market insights, and budget management. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on global campaigns and a strong understanding of integrated marketing strategies.

Summary

The Global Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in developing and executing global marketing strategies that support the company's growth across regions and business units. This individual will lead cross-functional marketing initiatives, manage global campaign rollouts, and ensure consistent brand messaging and performance across markets. Operating at the P4 level, the Global Marketing Manager is expected to demonstrate strategic thinking, strong project leadership, and deep marketing expertise, while influencing across functions and time zones.


How will you contribute?

  • Global Strategy Development: Develop and execute global go-to-market strategies in partnership with product, regional, and digital marketing teams.
  • Campaign Management: Lead the planning, execution, and measurement of integrated global marketing campaigns across digital, social, content, and events channels.
  • Regional Enablement: Work closely with regional marketing leads to ensure global campaigns are adapted and activated locally with relevant assets, messaging, and timing.
  • Brand Governance: Ensure global brand consistency while supporting local market needs, acting as a brand ambassador across all materials and touchpoints.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Communications, Sales Enablement, and Customer Marketing to align strategies and share best practices globally.
  • Performance Analytics: Define KPIs and success metrics for global campaigns; collaborate with Marketing Operations and Analytics teams to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize efforts.
  • Content Leadership: Manage the development of global content that supports campaign and product launches, including value propositions, landing pages, email nurture streams, and sales collateral.
  • Market Insights: Leverage market research and customer insights to inform positioning, messaging, and campaign strategies.
  • Budget Management: Track and manage global marketing budgets and vendor relationships to ensure ROI and cost-efficiency.
  • Other duties as assigned

What will you bring?

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
  • 7–10 years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on global campaign planning and execution.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional projects and leading in a matrixed, international environment.
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing strategies across channels including digital, events, and ABM.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in campaign measurement and marketing analytics.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Experience working with marketing tools and platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo (or other MAPs), Google Analytics, and project management tools like Asana or Monday.com.
  • Background in SaaS, fintech, cybersecurity, or other fast-growing B2B industries.
  • Familiarity with multi-language, multi-region marketing execution.
  • Experience working closely with regional field teams and sales leaders across EMEA, APAC, and North America
